Lauren MacLean is the author of Me and My Sit Spot and hosts a podcast called 'Mentoring Nature Connections,' where she interviews outdoor educators across Canada. She previously worked for Soaring Eagle Nature School and now works as a Mentoring Support Teacher in the Coquitlam School District where she works alongside educators who are passionate in developing their mathematics and outdoor learning programs.
Carly Eirikson has a M.Ed in Special Education and has worked as a Educational Consultant for students with special needs in the New Westminster School District and for POPARD. She also worked as a Learning Resource and Primary Teacher in the Richmond School District. Currently, she is an Elementary Vice- Principal in New West.
